Eupatorium perfoliatum
Boneset is a tall flowering plant native to North America with clusters of soft white blooms. Traditionally used as a warming tea, boneset has a strong bitter flavor and has been valued in herbal traditions for supporting the immune system and promoting recovery during seasonal illness.
Traditionally used to treat “break-bone fever” hence it’s name. Considered a cure all for colds, fevers, and arthritis.
According to folklore, boneset is great for spiritual baths and floor washes to "un-cross" a person and break curses. Also used for cleansing stagnant energy and used to cleanse spaces and "sweep" away negativity, making it effective for breaking bad habits or clearing out toxic influences.
Crafted by The People’s Apothecary with intention, plants, and a pinch of magic.
Warning! Alkaloids in this herb can be toxic to the liver if not ingested in moderation.
